Welcome to today's episode of Reflective Hour. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, healing evangelist and your host. But we all know who the host of this show is. And that's Christ by way of the Holy Spirit. The spirit of Christ, the spirit of Jesus that lives in us and works through us to get his message out to his sheep. Today is a day that can be sad for many, but it's a day of hope and promise. How many of you are wounded? How many of you been bruised, hurt, beaten, even bled for others? How many of you have raw wounds that break open every holiday season? When you think about how much you don't have, who's not in your life, what gifts are not under your tree.

When you look to those material things, then you see lack. But when you look to the true meaning of Christmas and the gift that was given to us all, Lord Jesus Christ,

so that we can live an abundant life free of the bondage of sin, sickness, and death. We get to live eternally with a heart filled with hope and love and promise through our merciful savior, Lord Jesus Christ.

So as we remember his birth in a feeding trough,

remember

he was laid in that feeding trough in that manger to be your bread of life to sustain you, strengthen you, keep you, deliver you, transform you, restore you. That's the Jesus I know. The Jesus whose blood was shed on Calvary who wore that crown of thorns

as his blood ran down his face, disfigured beyond recognition. But yet he stood strong and delivered us all.

He followed through with the purpose God placed on his life. He came

to die for us. He came into this world to die and sacrifice himself for our sin.

We were filthy rags before he came. And I know I was until he came into my life and set me free and set me on a pathway of wholeness and completeness in Christ Jesus. Today he can do the same thing for you if you surrender to his will and not your own. If you say Lord Jesus,

Lord Jesus, give me your heart. Give me your mind. Help me to resemble you and mirror you, reflect you to others. Let me be the light in this dark world. Aba Father, help me to do your will and not my own. Just like Jesus came to do your will and not his, I surrender it all and come under the lordship of Jesus Christ and not my will but yours be done as I speak the words that he spoke. Nevertheless, not my will be done but yours. In this holiday season, let us remember the reason for the season. Let us set a table, a place setting at our table for Lord Jesus. As we exalt him and set him on high, realizing without him we are nothing and with him we are everything and can be everything that he called us to be. So step out this season, step into who he's called you to be and know that even though you were wounded, he was wounded for our transgressions, but overcome but overcome the world. He's seated in heavenly places to the right of the father and he gave us the keys to the kingdom. And we have the power and authority over sickness over any attempt of the devil to try to stop our kingdom purpose and the plans that God has for our life. We have the power. We have the authority. We just need to walk in it. We need to exercise it. We need to know who's we are and who he's called us to be this season. Warriors, rise up. And even though you were wounded, I prophesy you to you today that you are stepping out and in to who he's called you to be in 2026. And you are rising. And even though you were wounded and even though you were bruised and even though you were broken, you're rising up as a warrior for Christ and stepping out into who he's called you to be. So you step this season and you walk this season and you know that you know that you know he is with you. He will never leave you. He will never forsake you. He's gone before. He's prepared the way. His angels are encamped about you. You won't even dash your foot against a stone. So you rise up this season. You walk. You walk. You walk and you produce much fruit for the kingdom of God. For even though you were wounded, your testimony of overcoming

is going to transform those around you

and make you into a beacon of hope for a dark and dying world. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. We praise you, Jesus. We worship you, Jesus. We give you the last word, Jesus. You get the last word, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
