Welcome to today's episode of the Reflective Hour podcast. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, Healing Evangelist and your Host. But we all know who the host of this show is, and that's the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Jesus, the Spirit of Christ that lives within us, guides us, strengthens us, keeps us. Oh, Holy Spirit, have your way in this time that we have together. May they hear you and not me. May they see Jesus in me. And may they glean from his words of wisdom and knowledge and from the Spirit's guiding and teaching. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. I pray and declare all things. Amen. How many of you are in the waiting room of promise? Waiting on those promises that God spoke over your life to be fulfilled. The whispers from the Holy Spirit when you're in your secret place with Him. You've done everything. You've prayed. You've acted. You sat still. You've praised, you worshiped, and you're still waiting. Waiting on that moment when it all changes. When you truly step into who God's called you to be, that door opens. That relationship begins. Your finances improve. You have wealth. And you're no longer sick. You're healthy and made whole. Waiting can be so difficult. We see throughout Scripture many, many people who waited and called out to the Lord, and during their time of enduring, during their time when their faith was tested, when they were being built up in the faith. They've called out in times of doubt and struggled with unbelief, yet they trusted God. And you're trusting God now to deliver you out of your current situation. I promise you that it will get better. That breakthrough is here. This is your year. Twenty-twenty-six is your year. Can you believe it? Can you trust him? Can you walk as he's calling you to walk? And that requires being still. not trying to force an outcome, but praising Him in the hallway while you're waiting, praising Him in the waiting room while you're waiting. I know that's an unpleasant place to be in the waiting room, especially if you're in an emergency department. I was an emergency department nurse for almost thirty years, and I spent many nights in triage. And that waiting room, boy, that waiting room was a tough place to be for those who were seeking care and those of us who were giving the care. But in this waiting room, waiting on Jesus, it's easier because we have the promises in his word as our guide, as our compass. We get to rely on His Holy Spirit to guide us, to strengthen us. All we need to do is rely on scripture. Look at Isaiah forty thirty-one. You'll run and not grow weary, walk and not faint. Remember, he renews our strength like the eagle. So many instances in scripture where people were waiting. Just read the Psalms, read Habakkuk. Just look to the Scriptures, to the Word of God, as your guide. And I promise you, your season of waiting is drawing to an end. You've praised. You've prayed. You've trusted. You've obeyed. And I want you now to get ready to receive all that God has for you. I want you to get ready. I want you to get ready because it's coming. It's coming. That process that you've gone through and that all the press of affliction, that process of becoming all that God's called you to be has been so painful, so tough. You've suffered so much, so greatly, yet you fought the good fight of faith that Paul talks about in second Timothy. He's with you. He's with you now. I feel his presence right now, strengthening you, guiding you. letting you know breakthroughs around the corner. Don't try to force it. Just wait on it. Be patient. And do not listen to the lies of the enemy. Only hear what God's saying about you. God's truth. You're not an imposter. Don't self-sabotage. God's got you, and this is your season. It is your year. It is God's time. It's your moment of breakthrough. Now believe it, receive it, and walk in it. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
