Do you know the number 6 in the Bible was used throughout scripture and symbolizes man. Man's imperfection, rebellion, sin and need for the perfect lamb sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Christ died so we could be reconciled, permanently cleansed by the work done on the cross, and free from the condemnation of the law. In the miracle at Cana we see six stone waterpots were used after the manor of purifying the Jews (John 2 KJV). Jesus turned the water into wine and He is our purifying wine ( living water) today by His sacrificial death at Calvary (lamb sacrifice).
