Are You In Need?
At times, ministry can seem overwhelming. You feel as if you do not have enough money, people, or other resources to do as you need to do to carry out the Kingdom mandate on your life.
It is in that moment of hopelessness and helplessness where God steps in. God is the God of the resupply. Ask not, receive not.
Today, I want you to go to God with a bold ask for the harvest. It is time to bring in the billion soul harvest. Believe for more. If it is God's will, He foots the bill.
Ask. Seek. Knock. God will open up a window of heaven and pour out a blessing you do not have room enough to receive.
What does James 4: 3 tell us? Whether if personally or professionally you are in ministry and have a need, this episode is for you to glean wisdom and be inspired to search your heart before you go to Father for that bold ask.

Welcome to Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler. I'm your Host and Evangelist. But we all know who the host of this show is and all that we do. And that's the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, come have Your way in this time that we have together. May they hear You and not me, see You and not me, and may they be forever changed. At times, ministry can seem overwhelming. You feel as if you do not have enough money, people, or other resources to do as you need to do and carry out the kingdom mandate on your life. But it's in that moment of hopelessness or helplessness where God steps in. God is the God of the resupply. We ask not and we receive not. Today, I want you to go to God with a bold ask for the harvest. It's time to bring in the billion soul harvest. I want you to believe for more. And if it's God's will, God foots the bill. He will open up a window of heaven and pour out blessings that we do not have room enough to receive. But what does James 4:3 tell us? James 4:3
when we look at it out of the ASV. Ye ask and receive not because you ask a miss that you may spend it in your pleasures. Let's go down to the King James version. Ye ask and receive not because you ask a miss that you may consume it upon your lust. What does the message Bible tell us? Where do you think all the these appalling wars and quarrels come from? Do you think they just happen? Think again. They come about because you want your own way and fight for it deep inside yourselves. You lust for what you don't have and are willing to kill to get it. You want what isn't yours and will risk violence to get your hands on it. You wouldn't think of just asking God for it, would you? And why not? Because you know you'd be asking for what you have no right to. Your spoiled children, each wanting your own way. So let's go back. Let's look at the Amplified Bible. You ask God for something and do not receive it because you ask with the wrong motives, out of selfishness or with an unrighteous agenda so that when you get what you want, you may spend it on your hedonistic desires. and the amplified classic or you do ask God for them and yet fail to receive because you ask with wrong purpose and evil selfish motives. Your intention is when you get what you desire to spend it on sensual pleasures. So I ask you this today. I ask you this today as we ask God for what we need. What are we lusting for? What are we seeking? Remember, lust is a an intense desire. That's what lust means. What are we intensely desiring? Are we intensely desiring to be on a platform? Are we intensely desiring to rise up so others will see us? Are we intensely desiring things that have no value for winning souls to the kingdom of God into the kingdom? And remember, the kingdom of God is within us. And it's an awakening to what's in us. Christ is in us, getting souls, bringing the harvest in, getting them to know King Jesus, Lord Jesus, and surren surrender and submit to being led by Jesus. Are we surrendered? Are we submitting? Are we asking a miss? Are we lusting or desiring after the wrong things? What are we looking for? What are we asking God for? When we ask God for provision for our ministries or for any area of our life, what do we want that provision for? Do we want to get a mansion? Do we want to get a sports car? Do we want to get a large boat? or do we ask God for the bountiful pro provision that is available to all ministries with a pure heart and intent to bring in the harvest, the end time harvest that's ripe and ready and the laborers are few. If you want God to equip you this season, your ministry, I say to you first, search your heart and make sure that out of your heart are fro flowing rivers of living water. What is your agenda? Are you about God's business, God's will? Or are you telling God to bless your ministry? Your ministry. Notice I said your ministry instead of asking God about his ministry. about his ministry that he wants to create in and through you and get out to others so that leaders can be empowered, individuals can prosper and souls can get into the kingdom of God. We need to be equipping, empowering, and molding, raising up a generation of leaders so that we can magnify the work done and bring in many, many, many, many, many souls, many, many, many souls into the kingdom of God.
Father will open up heaven and pour out a blessing. We don't have room enough to receive. But are we asking a miss? Are we asking with the wrong motives? It's time to stop, pause, pray, search our hearts, search our intent, ask God to remove any selfish desires out of us so that we can selflessly serve him and the kingdom of God and build His ministry, His kingdom in the hearts of His people as they house the temple of the Lord. And that's what he has for you today on this episode of Reflective Hour. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
