In Ezra, the people were commissioned with building God’s House, and we are tasked with the same thing today. The kingdom of God is within us, a spiritual Jerusalem, built to withstand the storms of life because the foundation is the Chief Cornerstone, the Rock.
We are a royal priesthood and have been given the keys (spiritual authority) to the kingdom of heaven, to advance it on earth, but do we walk as royalty?
As a restored body, under the Head, Christ. The book of Ezra teaches us to never give up, to blindly obey God through faith, and answer the call.
